This week I got shook up by a speech I heard about seizing Life. For the ones who are regular followers you know how much I love this subject!
In a nut shell, the speech was about the importance of living your life to the fullest: the NDE (Near Death Experience) vs the NLE (Near Life Experience).
It made me think of a quote from the Dalai Lama I red once that is so true:
“Because he sacrifices his health in order to make money.
Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health.
And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present;
the result being that he does not live in the present or the future;
he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived”.
I had two major losses in my life this year and today, more than ever, this topic resonates so much.
When someone almost yells at you those words you cannot just put them away and live on. So I thought I should share them with you…
